I create photorealistic drawings and paintings, plus abstracts which I base on my creative visions.
Sara creates with finest Italian, British and French art materials.  Most of her archives dating back before 1999 were created using only three British branded  HB, 2B, 4B pencils.  A can of hairspray used as a fixative, and a variety of 6 coloured pastels.
Today, Sara uses the finest pencils, monochrome graphite powder, acid free paper and canvases.  The canvases are three times primed in Gesso by Sara before any paint is applied and original prints are created on the finest canvases and Giclee prints by a local Fine Art Guild framer and printer.  Sara promotes the usage of local services to support the community.

Sara prefers to only frame artwork in UV glass to protect and prolong artwork. Digital works are produced in the home studio using a set of professional art tools.  Glosses and fixatives are applied to all of her originals and signed with the initials of the artist SM or SML, however new works will now be determined as 'SL'..

An authorised stamp, date of the painting together with a certificate of authenticity is given to the collector. Original digital editions are limited and signed by the artist.

By the time she turned eight, Sara had won several competitions which were published in the local newspaper 1986. In the last several decades Sara has travelled extensively around Europe, Australia, Japan and US.  Her work has attracted the attention of television celebrities and actors who own several of her portraits.

In 2006 Sara won a national award for Best Concept Design for a National Heath Service Campaign, her design could be viewed in hospitals across the UK. In 2010 her first abstract oil painting 'Escape, Three Voices' was showcased on a No1 contemporary art website, winning a place in the Top 3. Her portrait in graphite 'Mik3 Oldfi3ld' won Best Art category on an official fan web-forum in January 2011. Today, her work is attracting internationally and the interest is growing by the day. Her portraits and abstracts are presented in in traditional method but also uses digital art using photographs and still life. Sara's source materials together with an unpublished novel written in 1998 by the artist called Let One Night Stand resides in her studio in Bedfordshire UK.
